Everybody knows that, if we maintain a balanced diet then we can maintain a good health. The question is what constitutes a balanced diet. A balanced diet means that you are eating different types of healthy food at different times during the day. You must always take care that at any point of time you should not overeat.
Are you aware that obesity is very harmful and it can cause various diseases such as diabetics, heart disease, stroke and certain types of cancer? So you need to always keep obesity away. It has been seen that many people give in to temptation after a nice morning workout. That is wrong, the reason is that way you waste your workout effort, because the moment you over ear after an exercising session, whatever good job has been done will be negated by a simple mistake of overeating. Let me tell you a real life fact regarding obesity. I had a friend who was of normal weight and height he was in school .When we went to college; he gradually started to put on weight. Initially his family thought that it was a sign of good health however, later on as obesity related complications such as high blood pressure increased, the family became highly concerned about my friends health, because he was not even twenty and he faced such serious complications. A thorough investigation was required regarding the lifestyle of my friend .It revealed that my friend used to skip lunch and instead have some junk food along with some coffee. In the evening he used to feel terribly hungry, and used to snack a lot. It was either with ice cream or with a cake or pastry. This became a habit and over a period of months he became obese. There was another major reason for this problem, previously he was an active sportsman .After joining college he stopped sports activities and thus he gained weight. He needed an immediate weight loss. Finding the right fuel to take at right intervals will be the best defense against evening snacking. So my friend had to do two thing firstly, exercise regularly secondly take nutritious food at regular intervals. It should be a balanced diet. I quickly contacted herbal life, they prescribed something called protein shake which they said is a mixture of essential proteins that the human body requires. My friend was a bit reluctant to start the treatment, however with a little persuasion he agreed and started to follow what herbalife prescribed .After after about six months he regained his health and vigor. However there was a word of caution given by herbalife. They told that he must continue his exercises, and keep in mind a few other things, such as he should eat right, floss by the help of dental floss so as to maintain a good oral health.
